SMTV91 15 Posted yesterday at 02:12 AM Posted yesterday at 02:12 AM Hi everyone, This issue has happened seems to happen to me every few times there's been an ios update but this time nothing seems to be working for me. Using the most up to date emby app and can't sign in with my username or email address. My account is the admin account and while I can sign in on PC (remote) and the server PC I can't get in on my iphone. When I checked the policy.xml I see a <LockedOutDate>1782782859519</LockedOutDate> but not sure if this is pertinent or not? I was just using emby on my phone up to last night (June 28( so not sure what's happened today (June 29). When I open the app on local wifi I can try to log in but then I'm met with the invalid username/password error. When I try to connect remotely in the app I just get the logo and spinning circle. Log attached. No changes to my port/network etc. None of the iphone users on my server reported issues. Thoughts? embyserver (1).txt

I changed the password and now I can't log in on my personal PC either as it says both passwords are wrong... My server PC is ok for now as I haven't signed out but I suspect I'll be locked out of there too if I do. Since then I've tried to reset the password again (2nd time) and now I'm not getting the change password email (checked spam and junk and waited up to 30min for the email. Thanks

After repeating the password ( I guess one time too many times?) hours later Emby generated a passwordreset.txt file allowing me to wipe my password and set a new one. All is good now but this is a first for me. I searched the support DV and found out this is done by accessing the local IP by I definitely didn't use that address so not sure how I ended up here. FYI the password I was initially trying is the only password I've ever had with Emby for the past 5 years. When I made my post that was the first time I'd ever changed it but then the new or old passwords wouldn't work. Hoping this doesn't repeat but will try forcing reset if it does.
