Hi, there's a bug in the new Samsung version 2.3.8. It turns out that if I try to watch a series with external .ass subtitles, it doesn't recognize the file and always displays this error: "There was an error processing the request. Please try again later." And there's no way to view the file. This didn't happen with version 2.3.4, which is the one I had. It only happens with .ass files. If there are no subtitles, it works fine, but if there are .ass subtitles, it gives this error. To be able to view these files, I had to install the version that came with the TV, version 2.2.8.

What I have noticed is that Emby takes a while to start. The logo appears, it takes a bit, and then a "Connecting to server" screen appears, which is very brief.

I'm mentioning this so you're aware in case you can improve it.
