When trying to upload profile foto nothing happens

I am trying to upload foto to my profile (for the 1st time). Result: Emby shows the spinner "forever" and the foto is not uploaded

Browser network log is clear from errors. Server log has no related log entries for "Upload" action.

The foto is attached. Many thanks for any hint!
