Emby Beta Linux - not retaining server information

Using Emby Client Beta (version 2.310.0) on Kubuntu 26.04. 
Emby Server runs on a separate machine on the same network.
Closing Emby Beta resets the server connect information each time. Everytime the application is launched, the server information needs to be put in, along with user login.

Sorry if this thread is a duplicate of an existing, but nothing similar jumped out at me after a search.

Hi, what is the first screen that is shown upon launching?

Each time I launch the Emby beta, it goes to the first-time run, "Welcome to Emby" with the promo text and the Next button. Next leads to "Let's Get Set Up". Next again leads to the usual sign-in options, including the option to skip and enter the server info manually.

Interestingly enough, I had to reboot the server machine a bit ago, and now the Emby beta (running on a different workstation than the server) seems to be retaining the server/login information between launches.

I've been having this too on cachyos. Strangely a system reboot fixes it and I'm able to open and close the app having it log straight in.
I think it usually occurs after putting the system to sleep.

I get this too using the Emby Beta client on Cachy OS, using KDE as my desktop (possible common element?) I've had this issue for pretty much since the start of the beta I think, although it seems to be quite intermittent. Last week however it seemed to be almost every time I opened the app. I ended up clearing a few of the caches out and it seemed like I had sorted the issue, until today. I cleared out the loose files in .config/Emby-Beta/Cache/Cache_Data but I have no clue if that actually helped.

I've no clue how it happens, it seems the app simply forgets any authentication token/login details, and asks you to sign in again as if it was the first time using it. 

I'm using version 2.322.0-1 of the beta.

Would there even be any cache folders that would be best to clear to 'reset' the app? Or would it be best to simply uninstall the client app (using the universal installer script) and then remove all folders relating to it and then reinstall?

Edit - just to add, I'm also able to reboot and then the Emby client opens using my auth token with no issues. So perhaps it's related to the specific plasma session when I first get the bug?
