Update won't install

I'm on an Nvidia Shield. I download the latest update (4.9.5.0)  as usual and tried to install it-- twice. Both times got "app did not install."

Any ideas why or suggestions?

Tried a third time using the Android server (not the Shield server). It appeared to update, but my dashboard still says I'm on 4.9.3.0 and to install 4.9.5.0.

Hi, try downloading the file again. When I've seen that it's usually been a sign of a corrupted download. Thanks.

I just downloaded it again...... no change (sadly)

I just did it 4 times in a row. The exact same thing. The last one installed!!

Technology is mysterious (to me).
