Intro Detection Issue

Hello,

I seem to be having an issue with the intro detection feature on my server. I have a series I ripped into Emby and the skip intro is completely wrong. It actually appears every single time right after the intro ends, hilariously enough.

So I tried to run the scheduled task for intro detection, and it completes in 0ms. The debug logs show it attempts the same 3 or 4 series each time it runs, only one season of each of those series, and says it can only find 1 episode with a fingerprint.

Specifically, the error throws "<Show> Season <X> has 1 episodes with audio fingerprints available."

It gives the same series and message each time it is ran with no further details. No errors, no nothing. Not even the series I'm having trouble with.

Now, it does seem to have properly detected some series' intro, and let's me skip properly. But some it just doesnt, or improperly does.

I have:

TrueNAS SCALE 25.10

Emby installed through iX Applications 

Emby version 9.4.5.0 is what the server info says

Audio codecs shows EAC3 for the series in question for sure.

Any thoughts on why this is happening?

To give more of an example of the intro detection being wrong, my wife and I started to watch Charmed. The Skip Intro button appears at 5:13 in S01E08, when it's really supposed to start at 3:25.

What happens in the episode at 5:13?

When the skip intro button is there, it's always continuing whatever happened right before the intro. The intro is always the same (at least that I've seen so far), and the skip intro button appears only when the text on the screen is showing the episode credits, like you see in that screen shot above.

Otherwise, it's always different based on the episode.

Which is really interesting mainly Because the intro is the same song at least for sure. MAYBE different pictures (not that I've really noticed), but always the same song.

The intro detection is looking for common audio sequences among the episodes of a season. Is there one at that point?

Not that I can make out. I would think the actual intro section is the most common audio sequence throughout, albeit probably at different times per episode. Always the same song, etc.
