Freeze Live Guide Refresh Option

I could not find anyone else posting so apologies if I missed it. I would like to see an option to freeze the guide refresh if/when you are making guide changes. If anything changes with the source or you add an epg, it does an immediate refresh. When you change where a channel gets its epg, it does an immediate refresh. This is fine if you have 1 or 2. But if you are making wholesale changes it gets to the point that the fresh freezes and you have to restart emby to get it going again. The ability to shut off auto fresh of the guide would be wonderful.

@ab123gaIt kicks off a guide refresh in some cases because depending on what you update, other things have to get updated. The goal is to make this lighter on it's feet over time so that this no longer becomes necessary.
