Music: Album Split Into 2 Files

I've ripped and uploaded hundreds of cds using the dbPoweramp CD Ripper and Emby has always added them to the library with the proper file structure, e.g., Album > Album Artist > Songs. However this time Emby is showing a single artist with a single album (10 tracks) as two identical artist/albums, one with 4 tracks and the other 6 tracks despite there being a single file on the server.

The folder I uploaded to the server uses this structure:

Artist (folder)

    Album (folder)

        Track 1

        ....

        Track 10

Except Emby is showing it as two items and I can't figure out why.

Hi, this may be because the Album Artist in your embedded metadata is different. This is explained here:

It may also be worth checking (with your preferred tagging program) if you have "Album Artist" and "AlbumArtist" tags with different values that may be causing a problem. I'm not sure if you can do this with dbPoweramp or not, but it's easy to check with Picard or Mp3tag. 

If this is the problem, then I'd recommend updating your embedded data and rescan the Album rather than just make the changes via the Emby Metadata Editor, otherwise your corrections may be lost on a library rescan later on.

@user24 I took your suggestion and rescanned the album with some minor tweaks to dBpoweramp and it seems to have worked. Now it shows just one album as it should be.
