Spotlight feature shows error " There was an error processing the request... "

Hi,

I configured the spotlight feature for TV shows and movies. Appreciate you doing that. While it functions flawlessly across web browsers, iPad, and iPhone, Emby on Apple TV 4K displays an error when I attempt to access the show via the spotlight. Please review the detailed error message and the attached file.

" There was an error processing the request. Please try again later.

Message: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'player.getDeviceProfile')

 

I notice that the error seems to only happen to TV show series, not movies.

Devices and App Information:

• Emby beta 4.10.0.11 on Synology DSM 7.3.2
• Apple TV - tvOS 26.5 (23L471)
• Apple TV Emby app version  2.0.6 (3) 

 

I'd be thankful for any help or advice.

The issue was resolved in AppleTV version 2.0.7. Thank you very much for your support.

Hi SamE, Thank you so much. The update to 2.0.7 fixed the issues.
