Intel DG1 HDR tone mapping is not working

Intel DG1 is recognized and supports hardware decoding in Docker-based Emby, but HDR tone mapping is not working

When playing HDR content, it forces CPU software transcoding. If I disable Tone Mapping, it correctly uses DG1 hardware transcoding. Interestingly, HDR tone mapping works perfectly with the DG1 in Jellyfin on the same machine.

I just finished testing. In emby QuickSync decoding cannot be combined with HDR OpenCL tone mapping on DG1. Switching to VA-API for both decoding and mapping allows HDR hardware transcoding to work normally

Maybe its linked to this same issue below? The fix on page 4 is trying Beta 4.10 but in the below thread we are waiting for a stable release of 4.10. I am staying on 4.8 on my Gemini Lake Synology NAS  until this is fixed:
