I've re-searched the library, disabled extraction on the fly, and still have no luck. I've tried everything the internet has sent me down, and nothing has worked. Change the delivery preference to Burning in the subtitles. This should solve your .ass issues with anime.

The option actually does nothing and needs to be removed from that screen. The answer most likely is that if you add a new subtitle file, the server needs to scan it in before you can use it.
