Failing to add new series to TV library

Hello,
I have a new docu-series in my folder that is not getting added into my TV library. I do not see it with all filters disabled, nor is it found under the metadata manager. It appears to be recognized correctly per the logs.

Any thoughts? Beyond this, I have a few other shows that have not been properly identified and added (the library shows 200 items, while I have 204 folders under the tvshows folder). Is there an efficient way to identify which subfolders are not being identified and imported?

 

Log is attached....you'll see a bit of churn as I tried added the tvdbid and year to the subfolder but got the same results.

Hi, have you checked parental controls for your user? Maybe it is being restricted.

Thank you, that was it. I had my account set to "AO/RP/UR/X/XXX", thinking that would allow everything. I switched to the blank entry and now see the new title.
