"Identify" Not Working

I'm getting the old "No items matching your search criteria were found" on every movie and TV series I try to identify. I haven't changed anything in my library settings since this problem developed. not only is the identify search not bringing up even the most common and popular shows, the imdb and TheMoviedb idents aren't bringing them up either. Is this a known issue just recently? What's going on??

Hi there, what metadata fetchers do you have enabled in the options for the library?

Using info from your provided screenshot

Ideally you don't fill in all the fields if you provide a providerid in your search.
