Maximum streaming limit error

Around the same time tonight, two users to the message "Your account has exceeded the maximum streaming limit set by your Emby Server administrator. Please contact them for assistance."

Neither had a streaming session going. I rebooted the server and had the users reboot their clients. 
 

Is there a way to troubleshoot this? I have a lifetime license.

Devs will need logs. They can't do anything with out them.

Hi.  Exactly what were they doing?

They went to watch and reached out to me with that error. I checked activity at the time and only 2 streams were going, and it was for neither of them.

And what do you have the limit set to?  Did rebooting the server make a difference?

Both were set to 2 or 4.  But neither had a stream going. And they tried again, it did work.

Do they watch live TV?

Most likely, there were a couple of sessions that had not terminated properly.

Nope, no live TV available. 
 

is there a setting, alert or something I can enable for when a user or the server is at max limit? Even though I don't think that was the issue here.

Hi, are you sure the problem occurred during the time of this log file? Can you please make the issue happen again and then attach a new log? Thanks !

Hi - I had it happen again once the other day, but I can't replicate it. I turned on debugging until reboot, so hopefully it will catch something. 

I was pretty confident of the time.
