Luke 42193 Posted Thursday at 06:27 PM Posted Thursday at 06:27 PM Hi, ,we'll take a look at it. Thanks.
dadofhgnadn 14 Posted 15 hours ago Author Posted 15 hours ago (edited) OK, I smash the start button and type "Emby" and it will open. If I smash the start button, type in "Emby" and the right click on Emby, create a shortcut then "Windows cant create s shortcut here Do you want the shortcut placed on the desktop instead?" and thats what i want anyways so I say yes. That shortcut it creates fails to open Emby. The path it calls out is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\Launch.exe" /EmbyMedia.EmbyTheater_svmepx4c03f7m!App. Start 10 is a start menu app for the old folks. What is the correct path? Thanks again Edited 15 hours ago by dadofhgnadn 1
pwhodges 2025 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) That process (with Start11) works like you say (with the "can't create here" message as well), but the shortcut generated is the same as yours and works fine... Paul Edited 5 hours ago by pwhodges
dadofhgnadn 14 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Odd indeed that it works from the start menu and not from the desktop shortcut it makes, back to square one. Edited 1 hour ago by dadofhgnadn 1
