Most movies/tv genres lost image montage

When I look at emby web in TV Shows, then hit genres tab, this is what I am getting:
Below, same thing in Movies. Half of genres do not have that emby montage image. 
Also, notice the movies posters appearing as well in tv shows, and vice versa.

Whether they have genre images or not, everything is ok once I'm into a genre.

Before, as in a few weeks ago at most, all genres would have a 4 pic montage of movie posters found in that genres. They would show only movie posters on movies library, and tv posters for tv show.

Genre by genre, I refreshed md with option to replace existing images, and that repopulated the pics.
