Can only stream one live TV channel

I have a 4 tuner live TV box (vbox), and have simultneous stream limit set to 0, but I can only stream 1 channel.  If I play say BBC one on one device, it plays fine, but then try and select ITV on another device I get playback error, internal server error.

Incidentally, I can play the same channel on multiple devices fine.

Help.

Found it - for some reason there the option under streaming ==> advanced ==> limit single channel streaming per tuner had been ticked for some reason.  Untick and I can watch multiple channels at once to my hearts content.  Phew
