audio but no video

setup vp my intro plays fine then trailers has audio but no video then preroll plays fine. not sure why there is no video 

 

any ideas?

i have tried both my personal ones and the online ones

if i have online trailers ticked in cinema intros but have movies and episodes unticked then my preroll will play in vantage point 

but after that it will play trailers from internet with no video sometimes it will say no streams avalible then it plays my feature preroll

Can you try removing the vantage point plugin and just using the built-in cinema intros feature? Then see how that compares. Thanks.

the cinema intro works fine it just doent play my coming attractions file before trailers
