Allow adding multiple Genres via comma-separated text

Currently, when editing an item's metadata, genres must be added one by one. This process becomes tedious and slow when adding multiple genres or subgenres.

I suggest allowing users to input multiple genres in a single line, separated by commas (e.g., Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi), so they are automatically recognized and added as individual tags upon saving.
