@MAX92I can't seem to replicate settings not being saved.
What settings precisely are you having problems with?

Those are intentionally resetting. They are meant as per watch party settings, so they reset each time.
When you add a watch party with the settings they are correctly saved to the watch party and then reset so the defaults are there for next time you want to add one.
