Hi there,

My background is SageTV but I am moving to either Plex or Emby for my home media.

I installed Emby on Windows 11 and it all works great except for the occasional "No compatible streams are currently available"

error when trying to play a MP4 movie on the Emby server (or a Roku client tv) - same error both places on same movie.

Can someone please provide some breadcrumbs for me to follow to resolve this?

Thanks,

Regan

Potential issue with file as ffprobe fails making it unplayable in Emby as it cannot get Media Info.

Thanks Happy2Play, it turns out it's a bad file - deleted it.
