Hello, when I play 4K HDR 10 HEVC format videos on my Android TV, I encounter a black screen or severe stuttering, although the audio is normal. Other players like Jellyfin play the videos normally. Is there a solution to this problem?  

I was able to play 4K HDR 10 HEVC format videos normally when I used other media players (https://bmh.163.com/help/) to connect to the emby server, which means there should be no problem on the server side.

Environment Information:
Synology DS920+ DSM 7.2
EMBY SERVICE 4.9.1.90
EMBY tv 2.1.26g
Established with Emby Premiere

Hi.  Can you try searching for our standard android app (Just "Emby" on Amazon and "Emby for Android on Google) on the same device's app store and see how that compares?

Since most of my video collection is in 4K HDR 10 HEVC MP4 format, I have been forced to temporarily switch to other players for smooth playback. I will be pausing my use of Emby for now. If the official team releases any fixes or updates, please let me know—I would be very grateful. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

我在使用Emby for Android TV上播放某些视频时会出现严重的卡顿黑屏,之后尝试最新版本的TV客户端和标准安卓端都有这个问题,最后通过论坛内的其他用户评论得知需要降低TV版客户端版本,经过测试1.8.55是可以正常播放的,升级到2.0.09及后续版本问题就一直存在。服务器版本我使用的是最新版本,Emby Premiere也是有效的,播放时服务器显示的是“直接播放”并未提示转码,我可以确认电视的硬件可以播放该视频。视频地址:magnet:?xt=urn:btih:0b931ec00f73198c840cfb6e9d4cc56b676edd35&dn=13-14
