Werid Season and episode layout

so after updating my emby through docker i noticed this new change is there a way to revert it as i like the old lay out a lot better heres an example image

never mind i figured it out if anyone else accidentally changes something u wanna go to your user preferences for your profile and go to preferred tv show display and select always show season folder

Thank you. I got the same problem. It seems this bug changed my setting.
