Your earlier screenshot shows you have the show folder twice - one with the invalid characters. The one with the space is ok. The one with the special characters is not.

Get rid of the bad duplicates leaving only one and make sure the files themselves do not have invalid characters in their names

once you have done that. restart the server and do a library scan and see what happens. upload the log if there are still issues

It looks like this has fixed the issue and the error was in relation to that bad file name which was causing it to not scan that drive.  It is in the process of scanning the library now.  Thank you so much!!
