Provide an alert/activity entry for disabled user login attempts.

Currently running server v4.9.1.90

 

When a user account is disabled and that user attempts to login, the user is given a pretty generic '403 forbidden' message and the attempt is reflected in the log file:

However there is no indication of this in the server dashboard. Nothing in 'alerts' nor in 'activity'.

 

Can we add an alert, noting it as a failed login attempt (for notification purposes), or even as a separate event with its own notification options?
