Season Episode Separator setting?

I just noticed that when I open the web app, my season - episode string is shown as "S1, E19". In the Android TV and the Android app, this is shown as "S1:E19".

Is there an option somewhere for this? I tried a cursory browse through the settings and I couldn't find anything... I prefer the way it's done in the Android TV app. I could swear I've seen the same format in the web app before. I am using Vivaldi, if that makes any difference. I'll test with with other browsers when I'm off-work.

You're likely still on 4.9.1.80. Upgrade to latest stable as 4.9.1.90 addressed that
