Emby Connect & Cloudflare issues?

Does Emby Connect use Cloudflare in any capacity? Right now my devices cannot connect to my server outside the home network unless I access directly using the IP address. This has only been an issue in the last few minutes, during which time I've also seen widespread reports of outages cause by Cloudflare. Wondered if there was a connection...

EDIT: Turns out Emby had randomly started picking an IPv6 address as the external WAN. Bizarre. I've forced it to use my static IPv4 instead under Network > External Domain. Problem resolved. I'll look into why it might have done that.
