Emby Won't Open

I plugged my computer into an HDMI port while emby was starting.  Emby now won't start.  I have uninstalled and re-installed the emby app but it does the same thing.  It looks like there is a CPU loop as the emby process consumes a full CPU and goes into not responding.

What can I do to get Emby to restart cleanly?
