Hi all,

I have the same issue on my Samsung TV and even my Android tablet. It's very strange, it worked before. I've reinstalled the Emby, but the issue is still here. The trailers are present in Google browser only.
Thank you for fix it.

Hi, Luke.

Please chek my logs. I just tried to play trailers from an Android box (Formuler Z11 Pro max) and from a cellphone (Pixel). For the Android device I have 15 error code and Pixel just don't play it. The same thing arrive for my Samsung TV and the Sony tv show me the same 15 error message.

I just did it on my cell and the trailers works! What should I do for my Samsung, Sony (Android tv) and Android device (Formuler)?

Thank you again!

I just delet the Emby for Android TV and install Emby for Android (without "TV") app: the trailers are working on my Formuler! I will check for the Sony TV, but I suppose the solution should be the same.
So, I should find a way to do for the Samsung TV. Thank you if someone have any idea.

Hi Luke,

The curent version that is available on Samsung app store for my TV is 2.1.0. I delete and reinstall the Emby, but it's the same version that is available. I understand that I can try to install the last version using a USB, however I prefer to use alwys the recomended apps.
So, if I understand right, Samsung does not update anymore Emby for my TV?

OK you'll have to wait for an update to come through the Samsung store then.

I have the same problem. Trailers play fine on my phone (Android device) and web browser, but won't play on Firestick. Which version of Emby do I download from Google Play store, just plain Emby?

Try Emby for Android. Not Emby for Android Firestick...

Did that. Emby NOT Emby for Fire TV. You'd wonder what the difference is considering they're  both Android devices 🙄

3.5.16 (Google Play doesn't give that information. You only know once you've downloaded the app

Sure it does. Go to "About this app" on Play Store app page.

YES! Reinstalled using Emby for ANDROID (NOT Fire TV) What I find odd is that although both apps are coded for Android devices, the one MEANT for use in the Firestick is the one that was giving me grief 🙄.
