Automatic fallback to h264 on playback failures?

Would it be possible to set it so the Emby automatically falls back to a more compatible file format whenever a client continues to have playback errors? A lot of my media is in HEVC format but a lot of devvices don't natively support it and it doesn't seem that Emby will automatically transcode for them even though i have an intel A310 in my server to do so.

I was trying to play content on a Samsung TV but any HEVC content refused to play unless I converted the entire series using Emby then it played fine. The same media refused to ply in Brave on my Linux mint computer.

I guess I'm not really clear as to how Emby handles things so i need to research it more. Plus i don't have access to the TV anymore

Hi, Emby apps already automatically do this. That's why I was asking for the specifics of an example so that we can look into what happened. Thanks.
