Request - Show a thumbnail image when ff and rew on videos.

Plex, Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube TV all show a thumbnail image when using fast forward and rewind on their videos.

This is one thing I missed migrating from Plex. To skip a commercial on recorded TV, I would like to know when I'm at the end of the commercial. Other methods could just show a marker in the timeline when a  commercial appears.  

Even better, how about commercial skip? This is in Plex

The reason I moved to Emby is Plex couldn't handle subtitles on recorded TV. Half of the time I would get Spanish instead of English subtitles.
