Emby rolls to the top when change covers.

I have a problem with the latest update of emby.

I need to change a lot of covers, but before update emby stay at the same movie that change, now when for example I change a movie start for letter T automatically rolls Up to the top of the library and is horrible because i need to find the Next movie, change the cover, rolls to the top, find...

I can change this? I test on firefox,Edge,Chrome,brave and nothing ...

This is infuriating when you have a big library, the scrolling is insane.

PG, Try right click, Open NEw Tab, then make any change you like to the poster inside the media page, then Ctrl W to close the tab.  You should then be still back at the row on the main home age that you were at when you last clicked.

Its a solution but open a new tab each movie but for now It the BEST solution thanks

Did you notice that Ctrl W closes the tab?  That is pretty fast to do.  You don't have to use a mouse.

I cant open a new tab click on the movie... So i wait for the solution, i thought that emby team updates the system. Thanks

@visproductionSame for me, right clicking on a movie only brings up the Emby context menu, whether it be the poster or the movie title.

Is this something you've actually done or just hypothesized?

Aha,  I am on the road and my Emby server is stored in my car trunk, so I cannot test anything.  Oh well.

I try a lot of things on chrome, in the app, I can try on iOS App and Android and nothing works... in a library with more than 4000 movies its impossible to change all the covers. I hope there is an update, otherwise I will have to change to another program because it is desperate. As well as it works...

The problem is solved. I Update to the lastest beta (4.9.2.6) and works perfecly, amazing support

Great, we just have to wait another 18 months for the 4.9 branch to make it to stable to be able to set covers properly again.

Looks like this was addressed in version 4.9.1.90 ya'll.
