Cyrillic letters in config

Hi, I try to Russify menu MB Classic Chocolate by changing the config file User-MediaBrowserXml in App data. However, he apparently does not digest the Cyrillic alphabet.

 

Line type <MusicGenreFolderName> Music by Genre </ MusicGenreFolderName> allows you to change the name of "Music by Genre" and others, but the Cyrillic reset occurs. Can I do something? Not sure if this will work but try changing the encoding at the top from UTF-8 to ISO8859-1
