Emby player not showing cast/crew

When watching a show/movie, and selecting the cast crew icon, only the director or producer or whatever is listed instead of the actors. The actors shows up fine on the main show/movie page just that it only shows the director or producer or writer or whatever in the player. Is there a fix or a setting for this?

And on particular episode detail page, what is shown? Maybe there is simply no cast listed for that episode.

Hm so I checked the episodes on thetvdb (what I'm scrapping from) and it only seems to list the director and writers for the episodes. Is there a way to have emby just scrape the actors/actresses for episodes using another source?

Not currently. You could try Refreshing Metadata on that series with TMDB on top of your preferred meta-providers, revert TVDB as top-preferred provider afterwards.
