Location for Email Settings for v4.9.1.80

I realized since the update I have not received the nightly recap of history so I logged in to Emby to check the permissions and when I clicked on the Email Plugin it just pops up with a message that says this plugin has no settings to configure, so I thought maybe they got moved to a new location that I just couldn't find.

I also have discord plugin and the daily recap did go to discord so I know the schedules are firing however as a test when I clicked the Discord plugin or a majority of the plugins they all say "this plugin has not settings to configure". 

Where are all the settings living now?

Everything else seems to be happy.

Seconds after hitting submit I found it under the username preferences, not where I would have expected but I did find it.

No, I was specifically looking for the place to put the credentials and server info in for the SMTP server, I could have sworn at one point it was under an advanced tab for a server based setting not a user, but I found it elsewhere within minutes of posting my question, in fact I looked for a place to delete my post in general because it no longer a question but I couldn't find that option so I just posted an answer to my own question and marked it as answered

Notifications were moved to be separate for each user in 4.8
