Pausing/stopping movie using android media control not working

On server build 4.9.1.80, media controls in notification bar (Android 16) using pause or stopped working. Emby on Google TV (all updated to lastest) will pause for a few seconds and then start up again. Using the stop button on media controls will stop the movie, and close the app, but then emby will begin playing in the background and stay that way, even though the Google TV main screen is displayed.

Android 3.5.12. but it also was happening on previous version as well.

I'd like to add now after using this update for awhile. The pause works from Android, but "stop" closes the app but it plays in the background on Chromecast; even with a movie. It appears the Chromecast sees it how it sees Spotify (allows Spotify to play in the background and shows a small screen in the home menu).   @SamES
