hevc conversions

Hi since i upgraded my server to Version 4.9.1.80 today my hevc conversion files are quite a bit larger than normal. i just converted a 33 minute video from h264 to hevc 265 at 4mbs and the file size is 961.3 mb before the update the same file would have been about 150 mb

Hi, this is because in the previous release, whatever bitrate you chose for the conversion, the hevc encoder would end up undershooting it significantly. This has been fixed, but yes that means larger sizes. What you could do is choose a lower bitrate.
