gutterpunk13 8 Posted October 2, 2025 Posted October 2, 2025 Hello, I have recently been trying to use EMBY to scrape metadata rather than using MCM as I have in the past. When I add a movie it just grabs a thumbnail and nothing else. When manually identifying anything I get this message: ""No items matching your search criteria were found." I currently have no other noticeable issues and can successfully connect/stream from out of network. Let me know what I can try to resolve this. Thanks, John embyserver.txt
GrimReaper 4739 Posted October 2, 2025 Posted October 2, 2025 What meta-providers have you enabled in your library and in what order?
Happy2Play 9780 Posted October 2, 2025 Posted October 2, 2025 Some thing appears to be wrong as you have really no installed plugs so Identify has nothing to use. 2025-10-02 00:00:00.020 Info App: Plugins: VirtualTV 2.1.7.0 Xml Metadata 3.5.1.0

I had no idea it was a plugin function. I will add TVDB and Movie DB and see it it fixes it.
Solution Happy2Play 9780 Posted October 2, 2025 Solution Posted October 2, 2025 (edited) Did you go into each library setup and enable the providers you added? Edited October 2, 2025 by Happy2Play
