I am missing guide data for a few sky movies channels in the UK. I use postcode ba1, but have tried wa1 as well. Listings were there a couple of days ago

Could I have some channel numbers / channel names / call signs (you can see the call signs in the channels view in Settings / Live TV)

Is it the schedules that are missing some airings ? or is it the channels that disappeared from the lineup?

and is your Sky lineup the "Sky Q" lineup ID GBR-1007536-DEFAULT (for BA1 post code)

or is it "Sky Freesat" lineup - ID GBR-1002100-DEFAULT

You can see the lineup ID in Settings / Live TV / Setup

Thanks

Lineup is sky sd (west satellite) with postcode BA1. When i tried WA1 i used Sky Q.

Channels missing:

Sky Cinema Premiere

Sky Cinema Greats

Sky Cinema Family

Sky Cinema Action

Thank you for the detail

Just googled sky action action SD and sky family SD and got this for Sky Action SD

I think they have discontinued some SD channels

Similarly for Sky Cinema Family

As the lineup you are using is an SD lineup, that is understandable that the channels have disappeared

That's understandable, but what about sky Q. I believe it should show these channels at the same number in HD

Agree. They were there yesterday for BA1 but not there today

The lineup had the channels as SD channels yesteday. It is possible that they are in the process of updating the lineups.

I will refer it to Gracenote
