Onn 4K Pro - Video Themes Not working

Hi

 

I tried to get the logs from Android but when i select the "share" button it says "this isn't supported"

 

Anyway i just bought the Onn 4K Pro and downlaoded Emby Android app (Not Emby for Android TV)

I enbaled Theme Songs and Video Themes in the app settings but when i select on the movies there is no video theme playing, just the regular backdrop. I confirmed on the iPad and on Chrome that gthe backdrops are working.

 

does Emby Android app not support video themes?

don't know what happened but now its working, but i noticed when the video theme starts playing the screen dims like its in a screen saver mode (i have screen saver off) is there a way to prevent this?

Hi, if we don’t it then you won’t be able to read the screen on top of it, right?
