Provide more playback speed increments between 1x and 1.25x

Hi. The 1.25x playback speed increment can often be a little too fast. There is no way to dial it back a little other than going back to the normal 1.0x speed. 

Several users have also mentioned this in https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/47559-ability-to-adjust-playback-speed, and expressed an interest in getting additional playback speed increments between 1.0x and 1.25x. However, that post has been marked as completed, hence this new post.

It would be great if you could include also 1.10x, 1.15x, and 1.2x playback speed increments.
