Video preview thumbnails not generating for one show

Hello,

Would there be any particular reason why video preview thumbnails would not generate for one TV Show?  I have refreshed the metadata several times, for the entire library and for just that show.  I have ran library scans.  I even attempted to run the scheduled task for it with no luck on getting the show to generate.

Hmmm the strangest thing happened.  All the thumbnails for the show generated finally.  The only difference I can think of is I deleted the downloaded files and downloaded a different set.
