I have created a profile for a toddler. I've utilized the ratings and tag options to ensure only appropriate content can be accessed. This is working well and I thank you for all of that. There is one more option that I would find very useful, and I'll explain it briefly. It would simplify the navigating for a child on a tablet if the landing page were to display all their available content, thus bypassing the category menu structure. So instead of the 'Movies', 'TV' etc, they are immediately taken striaght to the available content. Submenus and back/home buttons are complex for them (and certainly for anyone with cognitive/develpomental situations as well).

I created a separate library that includes folders they have access to as a mixed library, but the home page still requires they click on a top menu to enter. Please consider, thank you.

Puffy,  You can already do this by customizing the home page for the one user.  Simply take off the menu section.  You user will see the latest 15 entries for each library and for more entries they would have to click the library name.  There is an issue with having all the content scrollable to the right on the home page.  Depending on the server and the Internet connection, loading the page would take much longer. It's possible to load as you go with extra code, but this can cause page crashing for some systems that don't handle load on demand well.  It's very important to have the first page be quick and error free.  Adding all the content could easily cause a 10 seconds to 1 or 2 minutes to load the screen and this would kill popularity of the service. To change the main page like this to have all content is far too dangerous, in my opinion and should not even be offered as an option.
