Proper way to increase recently added item limit

I googled and asked AI and apparently this is done by changing homesections.js, changed 16 to 50, reboot serve, delete cache but still wont get past 16.

Is there newer method for Version 4.8.11.0?
It also says smartview is supposed to solve this and it's available on premiere, (which my account is) but i dont see that option in libraries

My location since portable is Z:\Programs\Emby\system\dashboard-ui\modules\homesections

And i just made it work!

Apparently i need to restart the service after changing the value, restarting emby server didn't do it for me.
