Cinema Intros help

Hi

in a premium member and I’m having problems with cinema intros.

This is my folder structure

 

meda

meda/movies

media/tv shows

 

i created a folder in media/intros

Ann’s placed a mp4 file in there. I entered the custom path in cinema intros and did a library scan. 
when started a movie it played a random episode from one of my tv shows for some odd reason. So I moved the intros folder to the same parent folder as media 

u:/media 

u:/intros

 

now nothing plays , what am i doing wrong here?

Not sure what happened as I changed nothing and it’s working now.

 

is there a way to force cinemas intros for all users on all devices? I’d hate to have to login to each device and user to enable it

Hi, it can't be forced enabled on the server but our apps enable it by default. The only way it would be off is if the user disabled it.
