HDR content not working properly, hardware tone mapping option missing

Hi, I have a problem. For some reason every single hdr content isn't properly transcoded or detected. Neither software or hardware tone mapping is doing it's job. The hardware tone mapping option is missing on my end

if i play the movie directly in 4k 40mbs the hdr works properly, but if i ever lower the quality the movie goes back to desaturated.

I do have a premiere subcription and i have a ryzen 7950x and rx 7900 xtx

There's no HW tonemapping support for AMD (i/d)GPUs  in stable 4.8+ server versions. 

Don't know is there any implementation in 4.9+ beta branch, @Luke?

I'm already in the beta version, so probably not. But why isn't there any hardware tone mapping support for AMD? Will it be added at some point?
