Files downloaded but not able to play as if missing but are there

Hoping for help on this one.

Some episodes have not been picked up on the emby scan despite being correctly downloaded by Sonarr.

I have attached the latest server log where I have tried to play the file using the emby TV app on the Sony TV.

When I look at the server directly on episode 1 it shows media info in the correct folder but will noy play on the PC either (just done after downloading the server log) showing no compatible streams.

This happen with other shows as well and wondering if this is a scan issue? If I re-download the file or even a different version, from another scene, then force a rescan this normally resolves the issue.

Hoping I have captured this as been a long day so far.

All folders and files pointed to correctly

This is not isolated to one show but has happened to a couple shows but the issue is not consistent so for me is not a simply fix.

No missed that though no idea why it would be there as I have no blocks on any media to the 6 users.

Yesterday evening I downloaded a whole new season via Sonarr (Assassan) and the whole 6 episodes are in the folder but these episodes are not showing but will show in the TV folder and showing 6 episodes to watch.

Attempted to watch the first episode and nothing.

Sony TV app shows <No media> under Video but when I looked at the log I had permission denied again.

Folder settings within the NAS have not been changed  

In between writing I deleted the season Assassin via Sonarr and did a fresh DL and all are working ok.

Just done the same with Gumball still playing up on certain episodes.

File in the right location and on playing ep1 direct from the folder plays ok on VLC.

Attached latest log if this helps and again thanks for looking.

So Gumball thought I would delete again but this time DL 720p vice 1080p and this time picked up by Emby and playing on all forms (TV, PC, Tablet)

However Ep 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 14, 16 & 17 are all showing <video unknown> and file is as saved as /volume1/data/media/tv/The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball/Season 1/The.Wonderfully.Weird.World.of.Gumball.S01E02.The.Assistant.720p.DSNP.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb.mkv

Many thanks for your help.

Been a few hours looking at all the permissions as it seemed to be ad-hoc with permission denied files.

That said I have removed permissions and then gave them back and so far so good.
