Hi,

I created the subtitle plugin for SubSource (https://subsource.net). Please install it and let me know if there is a problem with it.

@nRafiniaThank you for keeping the subtitles options alive for emby, open subtitles is not a good option for my language but sub source is perfect.

How is this configured? Does this follow the rules placed in each library setup? I only need one language downloaded, does this send hash data to match subtitles?

How is this configured? It doesn't have any configuration

Does this follow the rules placed in each library setup? It is made by the standard common library of Emby. What do you mean?

I only need one language downloaded, does this send hash data to match subtitles? No, this site doesn't have the hash match for subtitles. Emby in the background downloads subtitles that you set in the library. On the movie page, you can select any language you want.

I have removed the plugin and not using it anymore, too much issues

I think it's stopped working recently, the subtitles are available on subsource.net but the plugin found nothing. Please check @nRafinia

Thanks for your quick reply. I've just checked and the plugin starts working again! I haven't changed anything in my settings, it's strange though.

The website has finally created an official API. I am making some changes to the plugin to make it compatible with the current plugin. With this change, we should no longer face any problems.

The new version of the plugin is available on GitHub. This version is compatible with the official website APIs.

Important: To use the plugin, you will need to go to the plugin settings page and set the API Key.

This website uses an API key to control and limit the number of search and subtitle download requests. This plugin is only a connector to that service. Please visit https://subsource.net and create a user account. Then, at the bottom of the page of https://subsource.net/dashboard/profile, you can generate an API key for yourself.

yeah and it was working not constantly but hit and miss till latest beta not working at all
