MetaData not pulling and cant identify

can anyone help me?

my server doesnt seem to be pulling metadata and i cant identify manually. ive attached my log which will hopefully help.

You're using outdated beta installation (4.9.0.30), update to latest version as there was plugin compatibility issue for versions <4.9.0.42.
