Not finding any subtitles, even English for Shrek

Hi,

I am no longer able to find any subtitles for any Movie or TV Show. I can't even find subtitles for Shrek in English. I made sure that the movie has the correct IMDB ID in the metadata and that I've logged in to OpenSubtitles.com in the settings. I even tried to install and log into Addic7ed plugin, but that didn't help, still no results.

Your help will be much appreciated in solving this issue.

I took a look at the log and saw that I was getting a "wrong password" error. I then went back to the open subtitles settings and saw that it said "username and not your email", so I changed it to my username and it worked. 

The weird thing is that it had worked before with my email.

At some point along the way opensubtitles stopped accepting login by email. Thanks.
